As the design lead for a chat virtual assistant, I led the design and strategy of the personality, identity and conversational experience of an artificially intelligent VA. Utilizing the latest in conversational UX principles, as well as emerging cognitive and natural conversation design frameworks, we delivered a conversational experience that is now live in front of consumers.
